Dunkeswell, 2 September 2017

Dunkeswell was my destination, an airfield I had never visited before. It took just over an hour from Fairoaks, and there were some interesting aircraft present.

Light aircraft from Gurernsey are stil lunusual, so I was delighted to see PA-28 2-YULL:

And special mention must go to G-BTNH, my ride for the day: 
It was a lovely day, and the airfield was busy, with both flying and non flying visitors. All too soon, however, it was time to return, and I enjoyed a lovely flight back to Fairoaks, routing via Weymouth and the Isle of Wight.
