Lydd, 6 August, 2017

It was such a lovely day that after my visit to Headcorn I took a very long way home and stopped at Lydd. 

I always enjoy Lydd, there is something about the remoteness of it and the fact that it has clearly seen better days that I always enjoy. And it is always good to see a JP on the apron:
And the flying club operate this very top of the market Extra 400:
As ever, it was a worthwhile stop, albeit more for the atmosphere and drive than the aircraft:
